Picnics and More is a small family run company that started in 2009. The idea for the company began back in 2007 when we purchased the Beach Bag Deluxe with the intention of using the bag at an all day concert we were going to.
The concert was held near Philadelphia, PA and began around noon and ended at about 11pm the same day. We filled the cooler portion of the bag with 3 Ziploc bags full of ice, multiple bottles of water, and sandwiches at 9am and when we arrived home at 2 am the next morning there was STILL ice in the bags and the water was still cold. And to prove that it can survive warm temperatures….it was 95 degrees and very humid that day (it actually ended up being the hottest day of the year in our area) and the concert was held outside all day. I was thoroughly impressed.
Since then we have used the bag at the Hershey Park amusement park, the beach, our daughter's soccer games and tournaments, tailgating outside of sporting events, and at picnics and parties at home. We feel that the bags, baskets, and other items for sale on our site can be used for all these activities and more including camping, hiking, and any other activity you could think of.
