If you are not pleased with your purchase, Picnics And More will accept returns within 30 days of the receipt of goods for a refund (less shipping and handling).
If you would like to exchange or return an item, simply email us your order number and reason for return. If you do not have your order number, provide us your name and method of payment.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the returns. All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, and accessories. Credit will be issued for returns upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s). Credit will be applied for the product cost only (shipping costs will not be refunded).
For security purposes, please return your item(s) with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL) and retain your receipt. If you choose to use USPS, please purchase insurance. Picnics And More cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.
We only accept returns and exchanges for products that were purchased from Picnics and More.
NOTE: Please make sure the items are well packaged. When possible, use the same packaging that was used to ship the items to you. Items must be received in new or resalable condition for a refund.
